There are currently over 3000 Minor Hockey Associations (MHAs) in operation across the country and approximately 14 000 users who are active in the HCR environment. This adds up to 750 000 players, coaches, officials, and teams that take part on an annual basis in Hockey Canada-sanctioned MHAs organizations and leagues.
HCR 3.0. is designed specifically for the management of national and provincial membership and local registration. The entire management is independent according to each organization but also combines management of affiliations at all levels.
