Creating questions for registrar only

We are releasing a feature that will now allow registrar to create questions that are only visible by the registrar. This will allow you to record information that you don’t want the parent to see or to be asked when they do the registration process. They will appear on the questionnaire tab and on the reports for registrar use.

In order to set that you have to use the Admin only flag for each of the questions.

Organization grouping ( zone ) and League

We are launching today a new module that will allow organization to create zone inside their organization tree where people from multiple MHA can be rostered in a team. The same concept will also be in place for creating leagues where you can create a league that will have teams in multiple organization. The 2 structure works the same way. The main difference between Zone and Leagues is the fact that Leagues will be exposed to Third Party electronic score sheet system

This concept will work at any level (Province / region / district). The registrar of the organization will be able to go in the Organization tab and create a structure.

When creating a new zone or league, the system will popup a wizard to allow you to create the organization and select the sub organization that are part of that new structure.

The system will create a new organization with the proper type in the organization tree. This will allow you to assign a registrar to manage the zone if needed and also attached a payment processing account to the zone to capture registration if needed.

The next step will be to select the MHA and division that are part of this zone.

Last step is optional an will allow you to assign a registrar to that zone or league.

At the end of the process, the new structure will be created and you will be able to see the organisation that are part of it.

Because the zone or the leagues are created by a top parent organization, when you connect at the zone or at the league level you will be able to see the organization that are part of your structure in read only. Any changes needs to be done by the top parent organization.

When you use the zone, you will be able to attach team to the zone and from there when you are rostering , the system will automatically search in the organization that are part of the zone and allow you to add those players on the roster without any transfers or share.

Finally, note that those structures will be rolled over from season to season so you won’t have to redo this work next year.

Features will be added in the future on the league section to have more options. Right now we are creating the league structure to be used with 3rd party electronic score sheet.
