It is possible to modify the payment methods and the date of the installment for of your members. You can change a credit card installment to a manual payment, apply for a credit or change the dates of future installments.
Go to the member's member’s profile under the "Transaction" ‘Transaction’ tab, click on the desired transaction line and in the right side panel click on "Edit"‘Edit’.

A pop-up window will open allowing you to change the payment method and date of all pending installment payments. The following payment options will be available:A credit
Chèque
Cash
Manual interac e-transfer
External payment (payment from an external terminal)
Offline credit (can be applied to future payments

)

Click on ‘Confirm’ when you are done, the system will always validate the total amount before saving.
