This report is aimed at branches and organizations, it allows you to view the list of qualifications by type of participants including coaches, officials and bench staff.

Filter options

Using the filter options allow you to narrow your search results. By leaving a filter blank, your report will include all options in that field.
The * indicates that it is a mandatory field.
Organization*: This is a mandatory filter - You can use the drop down or the tree to select an organization, or select All. (Selecting another MHA is permission based).
Qualifications: Use the drop down to select All or select one or multiple qualifications.
Status: This will be greyed out until a qualifications is selected. You can use the drop down to select All, or select certified, trained, attended and/or not renewed.
Expiration Status: You can filter by expired only, valid only or all.
Gender Identity: Use drop down to filter by male, female, prefer to to say or prefer to self describe.
Date of Birth - Start & End: You can search for registration that came in during a date range by adding a start and end date.
On a Team Roster: By putting a check mark in the box, it will filter for members on a team roster only.

Custom Reports
To create this report, click New Custom Report. Give the report a name, and a description (optional but is useful if you want to save the custom report and use it again later). Click the box Save Filter Values if you want to save this custom report. Next, select all, or choose from the column options, then click Save.
