It When a member initially selects the credit card payment with future installments, it is possible to modify change the payment methods and method, the date of the future installments and the installment amount of your members. You can change a credit card installment to a manual payment, apply a credit or change the dates of future installmentsthe installments.

This allows you to:
apply a payment received by another payment method;
apply a credit to the account;
take a higher payment amount than originally planned;
take a smaller amount than originally planned.
To do this, you must have future payments.
Go to the member’s profile under the ‘Transaction’ tab, click on the transaction line you like to edit, and the side panel will open. In the side panel go to the ‘Registration’ section and click on ‘Edit.’

A pop-up window will open, allowing you to change the payment method and date of all upcoming installment payments. The following payment options will be available:
Cheque
Cash
Manual Interac e-transferTransfer
External payment (payment from an external terminal)
Offline credit (can be applied to future payments)

Click on ‘Confirm’ when you are done, the system will always validate the total amount before saving.
