Move a Member out of Ineligible Status

When a participant is move out of an ineligible status, notifications will be send to Blah Blah Blah - JP??

To change the status, go to the members profile, and click on the Action button, then select Remove Ineligibility.

A profile will be created with an HCR#, but no date of birth has been added. From the Action button, no actions are available.

Potential Ineligible Members

When a new profile is created during an online registration for a clinic or a team, the system will flag any profiles that are potential a match to an ineligible member. The member will be allowed to continue the registration, but an email will be send to JP who - branch and or Hockey Canada?

From the Tasks / Potential Ineligible Members menu, you will find a list of possible matches to ineligible members.

  • From the search box, you can enter partial or full to filter the display on screen.

  • You can click on the directional arrows to sort by that column.

You will notice is the example below that there are two Paul Testers, one with a Go to profile, and one with an HCR#. The first one, is a draft profile. If a new profile is started to but the registration was not completed, and there is a possible match, the system will flag those as well.

Each potential match will need to be reviewed. You can click on the line to open the side panel, and click on the Quick View to open the member’s profile.

Click Manage Approval from the botton of the panel or from the Action button and select Manage Approval.

From the pop-up window you can select Remove from list, which will remove them from the potential ineligible members list, or you can select Make Ineligible.

When selecting, Make Ineligible:

  • Select a reason from the drop down

    • Basic field change

    • Address change

    • New profile

    • Historical sanction

    • Sanction

    • Criminal convictions(s)

    • Maltreatment complaint / Hearing decision

    • Temporary ineligible / ongoing processes

    • Profile incorrectly made ineligible

    • Temporary ineligible period complete

    • Other

  • Enter a note

  • Click Confirm Ineligibility
