Clicking on the link for Support requests takes you to the My Support Request page. You can use the filters to sort your tickets by Priority or by Status. You can also search by the ticket number, or by subject.

From the ticket display, you can view the reference of of the tickets, the subject, the priority level and the status.

Help Bubble:

On each page within HCRSpordle ID, you can click the help bubble to submit a support request, access our user guide. A direct link to the section of the user guide for that page you are on will be available. To scroll to other sections of the guide, use the left hand menu and click the titles of the different parts of the user guide including recording of past training sessions.

Notification Bell: To view you your support request, and see the status of you your tickets, click the bell found at the top righthand right hand of your screen, then click on your ticket.

To edit your notifications slide each option on of or off. then click Save changes.
