In this tab, you will be able to see the qualifications of your members (players, coaches, and officials). The following information is available: Season, Category of qualification category, Qualification, Level, and Status.

By clicking on the qualification, you will be able to can see the qualification details of the qualification, i.e., the validation date, the expiry/renewal date, the certification number, and the location where of the qualification took place.

Action bouton
Depending on your roles and permissions, the Action button on the right-side panel , allows you to certify a member's qualification, transfer/share a qualification or delete the qualification.
Certify
Depending on the participant's qualification of the participant, it is possible to certify it from the member's qualification tab. Simply click on the Action button and then on Certify.
The system will then ask you for the certification date , then and click on Save.

The certification date will then be added to the member's side panel.

Transfer/Share a qualification
You have the possibility to can transfer a qualification from one member's profile to another member's profile or to share a member's qualification across multiple profiles. Simply click the Action button and then click Transfer/Share.

The system will ask you to enter the member's first name, last name, and date of birth or HCR number. Once the information is entered, click Search.

Once you have found the member, click on Select.

You will then be asked if you wish to transfer or share the qualification.

To share the qualification with other members, click Share and then Confirm. A message confirming that the qualification has been successfully shared will be displayed.

Delete a qualification
If you wish to delete a qualification, click the Action button and select Delete.
You will be asked to confirm your action, so click on Delete.
The member's qualification will be deleted.
