• If your regional organization approves the change request, the member's profile will be updated with the new data, and you will receive a notification to advise you of the approval. The validity of the passport will not change.

• If your regional organization refuses the change request, the member's profile will not be updated, and you will receive a notification indicating your region's denial. The validity of the passport will not change.

Approve a change on mandatory information

There is now a module where users will be able to manage the request and approve or reject them. Based on the permission, you will see an item called Manage change request.

Note when a 3rd party update mandatory information

In order to improve the tracking we are doing with 3rd party, we have implemented a new feature that will create a note automatically when there is a change on mandatory fields ( first name, last name, date of birth, gender ) by a 3rd party.
