We are releasing a module this week that will add a workflow of validation when updating mandatory information on a member profile. Every user will now need to do a request to change those the mandatory information :
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Gender
The request will be submitted to the branch or the member partners for approval.
Every changes change pushed on those fields from a 3rd party will also follow this process.

If your regional organization approves the change request, the member's profile will be updated with the new data, and you will receive a notification to advise you of the approval. The validity of the passport will not change.

There is 's now a module where users will be able to manage the request and approve or reject them. Based on the permission, you will see an item called Manage change requestcan manage requests by approving or rejecting them. Depending on your authorization, you'll see a Manage Change Request item.
