This tab lets you configure specific team parameters for all your teams and qualification restrictions.

Settings tab

By clicking on Edit in the top right-hand corner, the following parameters can be enabled or disabled.

Require a member type to be rostered

  • You can select Yes or No to make certain types of members mandatory in your team roster.

Limit number allowed for a position in a team

  • To limit the number of members with a specific position in your team roster, click on +Add limit.

  • Select the type of player or coach and the number limit.

  • If you wish to add more than one type of player or coach, click +Add a limit again and repeat the same steps.

Limit number allowed for a position group in a team

  • To limit the number of players, coaches, or staff allowed on your team's roster, click on +Add a limit.

  • Select the position group and the limit number in the alignment.

  • For each position group, click +Add limit again and repeat the same steps.

Once you've finished configuring your settings, click Save.

 

Qualification restrictions tab

This tab allows you to configure qualification restrictions according to specific criteria, such as :

  • Team categories

  • Qualification name

  • Position Group

  • Position

  • The minimum required

To add a qualification restriction, click +Add and then +Add Restriction.

Complete the required fields:

The * indicates a mandatory field.

  • * Categories: select a team category from the drop-down list

  • * Qualification name: select the qualification from the drop-down list

  • * Position group: select coach, player, or staff, position group

  • * Position: select the position from the drop-down menu

  • * Minimum: enter the minimum number of team members with the selected position and category.

Once you've created your rule, click on Save.

To add a new restriction, click on +Add a restriction.

 This feature is available based on your role. This permission can be granted by provincial organization.

Setting up an activity period allows you to division the year into groups, and to exclude membership fees on registration for a specific activity such as training camps, and spring hockey.

From the Activity Period page, you can use the search box to find the event you are looking for, or you can click on the directional arrows to sort by that column.

Add an Activity Period

To add an activity period, click on Settings, Platform and select the Activity Periods tab and then click on +Add.

Complete the required fields:

  • Status: Indicate if the status is active or inactive

  • Name: Name your activity period

  • Description: Enter a description for your activity period

  • Display Order: Indicate the order in which you want to display this activity period

  • Exclude Affiliation Fees: Select Yes or No to indicate if affiliation fees should be excluded or added to the registration fee.

  • Click Add.

Modify an Activity Period

Click on the line item you want to update, opening the side panel. Use the blue pencil to make any changes.

To delete an activity period, click the Action button and select Delete.
