This option allows you to add different types of team contacts that can be selected from your organization's team information.

Team Contact Types display page

A list of all team contact types already created from the menu Setting - Teams - Team Contact Types will be displayed. The following information will be displayed, and you can click on the arrow in each column if you wish to change the sorting order.

  • French team contact type name

  • English team contact type name

  • Team contact type status

    • Red X indicates inactive

    • The blue check mark indicates an active

Add a Team Contact Types

To add a team contact type, click +Add on the right.

A new window will appear. Please fill in the required information:

The * indicates a mandatory field.

  • * French team contact type name

  • * English team contact type name

  • * Team contact type status

    • Active

    • Inactive

Click on Add.

Modify Team Contact Types

To modify a team contact type, click the team contact type line to open the side panel. Use the blue pencil to make the desired changes.

Delete Team Contact Types

To delete a team contact type, click the team contact type line to open the side panel. Click on the Action button and select Delete.
