Setting up an activity period season allows you to division divide the year into groups , and to exclude membership fees on registration for a specific activity, such as training camps , and spring hockey.
From the Activity Period Season page, you can use the search box to find the event you are looking for, or you can click on the directional arrows to sort by that column.

To add an activity periodseason, click on Settings, Platform and , select the Activity Periodsseasons tab and , then click on +Add.

Complete the required fields:
Status: Indicate if the status is active or inactive
Name: Name your activity periodseason
Description: Enter a description for your activity periodseason
Display Order: Indicate the order in which you want to display this activity periodseason
Exclude Affiliation Fees: Select Yes or No to indicate if affiliation fees should be excluded or added to the registration fee.
Click Add.

Season
Click on the line item you want to update, opening the side panel. Use the blue pencil to make any changes.
To delete an activity periodseason, click the Action button and select Delete.
