We have completed the development to synchronize the changes from a My account Account to HCR. If a user now goes to the My Account setting settings and publish publishes a change to the first name, last name, date of birth, or email, those changes will now be fully published to synchronized with HCR automatically.

Also we We have also improved the log of the last connection date that you HCR users can see as a HCR user on a user profile. This will now display the actual last date where the user connected to tole inside within the organization.

Please note that we can’t cannot re-process the changes that were already made before the versionthis update. If there is are discrepancies between My Account and HCR, you can just simply ask the user to go back in to My Account, navigate to Settings, In settings and just click on save Save to force a refresh. This will force prompt the system to resend the changes.
