For categories whose referees are assigned by two different organizations, you must follow the procedure below.

1-

• Select the games to delegate and choose to modify the assigner

• You will need to choose the office to which you delegate the assignment.

• You can choose which positions to delegate.

• Click on the clipboard icon to the right of the game you wish to delegate

• In the window on the right, the assignment organization office will be entered, click on Delegate

• Enter the name of the organization office to which you wish to delegate this assignment. Simply enter the first few letters of the name and use the drop-down list to select the organizationoffice.

• Click on Delegate

• The selected organization office will then be designated to this assignment, and this match game will appear in its list of games to be assigned.

We remind you that the assignment parameters defining which define the number of referees in each category have been set by your Federation, and therefore the assignment system, should already be in place. However, it is possible for an assignor to modify them for a matchgame.

In the assignment window, click on Parameters at the bottom of the page to see the parameters that have been set.

Make the desired changes for this match game and click Save.
