Ready to connect! Once connected, you can fill in the entire scoresheet offline if you're in a location without an Internet connection. |
The following four tasks are necessary to start the game. Some of these tasks can be completed by the league, coaches or officials. A check mark will appear next to tasks that have been completed. You can view and modify them as required.
...
The team line-up should already have been completed by the coaches of both teams via their Spordle PLAY account access prior to the start of the match. If this has not been done, please ask them to do so.
You can make the same changes on the scorekeeping application as on the Spordle PLAY platform. You can add extra members, change jersey numbers, add or remove a player. You can add whether a player is suspended and the number of games.
Scorekeeper and Timekeeper
Indicate the names of the people responsible for scoring and timing the game.
This task may already have been carried out by the league manager.
Info |
---|
A timekeeper may not be required for your game. In this case, you'll still need to enter a name to proceed to the next step. You can therefore enter your name in both positions. |
...
If the name of a scorekeeper you've entered doesn't appear in the drop-down list, and you're sure the name is spelled correctly, it's because that person doesn't have an HCR number. You can add him/her as a volunteer for this game only.
Enter first and last name.
Click on the volunteer section to display a first and last name to create a temporary profile.
Then click on Save.
Game officials
Add the names of the referees and linesmen who will be officiating this game. You don't need to fill all the positions if they don't apply.
...
Check with the game officials that their names are entered correctly. They must be added so that they can sign the scoresheet.
...
If the name of an official you entered does not appear in the drop-down list, and you are sure the name is spelled correctly, you can click Volunteer.
