The communications module enables you to create, manage and send targeted messages to specific audiences within your organization. Using criteria such as roles, teams or leagues, it facilitates the personalization of communications to effectively reach the relevant recipients.

My audiences

A participant corresponds to a member record in Spordle ID, while a recipient represents the e-mail address to which a message is sent.

An audience is a specific target group to which messages and notifications can be sent. Audiences are defined according to criteria such as role, category, team, league, or other relevant member characteristics. This enables communications to be segmented and personalized according to recipients' needs and profiles, ensuring that each message reaches the right people within the organization.

  • Press + Create an audience

  • You will be asked for the following information:

    • Name of your audience *: Clearly identify the target group or category of people concerned by this audience.

    • Short description *: Provide a brief explanation or summary describing the purpose or characteristics of this audience.

    • Season *: Indicate the specific period or season with which this audience is associated (e.g. summer 2025, autumn 2024).

    • Filter *

      • Participant : You can choose other filters if necessary, such as gender identity, positions or member type.

      • Team: You can choose division, category or team. The following filters can also be added: gender, position and member type.

  • The results of contacts according to the chosen filters will appear.

  • Press Save
