In the HCR catalog, the "Other items" category generally refers to additional costs not directly related to the memberships fees included in the main registrations fees, licenses or activities. These costs may include :
Administrative costs (file management, payment processing, etc.)
Fees for additional services (e.g. insurance, equipment or training)
One-time charges (e.g. late payment penalties, card replacement, etc.)
Adding other items to your catalog is an optional.

From the Catalog / Other Items menu, you will find a list of other items created for that season.

Fields marked with a * are required
Image: You can click on Add image to add a picture of your item
Name * : Enter a name for your item
Description: You can add a description (optional)
Price: Add a price for your item
Click Add

If you need to make changes to your other items, click on the items and the side panel will open. Click on the blue pencil to make the changes.From

By clicking the Action button in the side panel, you can delete the item. Remember, you can only delete items, if there is no registration attached to it.

Other Items start for a new season
Other items are imported from one season to the next, but you can change your fees and add new ones.
