The Members section is primarily where your will spend your time. Note: If you are managing registrations outside the current season, you will need to change the selected default season on the top right corner.

The search feature is designed for a general or a targeted search option. Once a search is complete, you can use the ‘Export’ button to download the results in CSV or Excel.

By leaving the filters blank, and clicking ‘Search’ all members belonging to that MHA will be displayed in the search results.

You can narrow the search by applying one or a combination of filter options - member type, name, birth date range, gender, member status, invalid criminal record checks, Unconfirmed addresses or by HCR number.

Unconfirmed addresses: when an address is updated through My Account, the address will need to be verified on the members profile.

When searching for a member outside your MHA, choose to include members from sub-organizations or all organizations. Enter the members name or HCR and click ‘Search’. Note: only basic information will be displayed for members outside your MHA.

Member Status:

Draft: An online registration has been started for a new member but it has not been completed. No HCR# has been assigned to this profile.

Unconfirmed: When a new member is created and assigned a HCR#, the status will first be unconfirmed. Once the member’s information has been verified, the status can be updated to confirmed.

Confirmed: A member that has an HCR# with information that has been confirmed.

Inactive: Members that have have no activity on their profile for over a year.

Blocked: A member that has a blocked status can not register for hockey or be transferred.

Ineligible: Once a member that has been mark as ineligible, can not register for hockey, be transferred or be rostered on a team. Only users with select permissions will be able to remove the ineligible status.

Adding a New Member: To add a new member click ‘+ Add Member’.

Pourquoi Hockey Canada collecte les informations démographiques?

La collecte de données de déclaration volontaire est au cœur des efforts en matière d’équité, de diversité et d’inclusion. Hockey Canada et les divisions membres recueillent ces données pour nous aider à améliorer nos programmes ainsi qu’à cibler et à éliminer les obstacles à la participation. Les données démographiques qui sont entrées dans le HCR concordent avec celles sollicitées par le gouvernement du Canada dans ce domaine, notamment en ce qui a trait aux options liées à la race ou à l’origine ethnique, à la langue et aux peuples autochtones (toutes les questions proposent l’option « Je préfère ne pas le dire »). De nombreux facteurs influencent les façons de recueillir ces données et les raisons qui motivent cette collecte.
