It When a member initially selects the credit card payment with future installments, it is possible to modify change the payment methods method, the date and the date amount of the installment of your members. This allows you to:
apply a payment received by another payment method
apply a credit to the account
take a higher payment amount than originally planned on an installment date
take a smaller amount than originally planned on an installment date
The total of all installments must add up to the original invoice amount.

To change an installment, go to the member’s profile under the ‘Transaction’ Transactiontab, click on the desired transaction line and in the right side panel click on ‘Edit’.

A pop-up window will open, allowing you to change the payment method and date of all upcoming installment payments. The following payment options will be available:

Click on ‘Confirm’ Confirm when you are done, the system will always validate the total amount before saving.
