The registration fee is the amount required for a participant to register for an activity during a specific period or season.

Note

Reminder: Please note that membership fees must be activated at the provincial and regional organization level in order for the club to create registration fees. If membership fees are not activated, the category will be grayed out in the registration fee creation drop-down menu.

BEST PRACTICES FOR YOUR REGISTRATION FEES

  • Name your registration fees generically.

  • Do not include season date, year of birth, age, practice days or match days in the name of your registration fee.

    • EXAMPLE:

      • Summer U09-CDC Male

      • Summer U14-REG Female

      • Winter U17-LDIR Male

      • 9U - Mixed

      • 13U - Female

      • Rally Cap - Mixed

  • Keep in mind that your registration fees can be used next season.

Adding a registration fee

Click on Catalog, Registration Fees, and + Add.

Fill in the required

  • This will save you having to change all your registration fee names.

  • If necessary, don't forget to update the additional questions, which will be displayed in your registration fees.

  • Make sure you have indicated the correct amounts for your regular, early, and late fees.

  • Make sure that the status of your registration fees is active.

Registration Fees Page

From the Catalog / Registration Fees menu, you will find a list of registration fees created for that season.

  • You can enter partial or full from the search box to filter the display on the screen.

  • You can click on the directional arrows to sort by that column.

The list of registration fees will be displayed.

  • Order - the order in which registration fees are displayed

  • Name - the name of the registration fees

  • Category - the division of the fee

  • Registration Fees - the cost of the registration fee

  • Available Places - the total amount of places that have been set up

  • Total Sold - the amount sold

  • Status - the status of the registration fees

Adding a Registration Fee

  • Click on Registration Fees from the list of options under the Catalog menu.

  • Click +Add

  • Choose between Create a fee or Rollover

  • Choose Create a fee

Complete the requested information:

Fields marked with an * are required

  • Type of member: Select the type of member you want from the following:

    • Player

    • Coach

    • Official

    • Volunteer

    • Bench Staff

  • Active: By selecting Inactive, no registrations can be made.

  • Available Places: If this option is used, you can limit the number of registrations for this division.

  • Waiting ListDisplay order:This option lets you define the order in which your fees are displayed in your online store.

  • Waiting list: Once the available spaces are places have been filled out, participants can register on for the waiting list. No fee will be charged at the time of registration on the waiting list will be charged during registration.

It is possible to increase the registration limit when once it has reached its limitbeen filled. However, all registrations on the waiting list must have been processed (accepted or canceled).

Note: If members are still Pending on the Waiting waiting list, future registrations will be added to the waiting list.

  • Show Remaining Spaces: Check Tick if you wish want to display the number of places available on the waitlistwaiting list.

  • Division *: Select the desired division. Only members in this age group can register for this division.

  • Minimum Age - Maximum Age: You can select a category and indicate the minimum and maximum age of participants.

This option is only available if activated by your provincial organization.

Tip: To create registration fees for multiple age divisions, you must select the desired maximum age division and customize the minimum and maximum age.

The maximum age must not exceed the age of the selected division according to your Federation's age chart.

In the example below, the U13 division has been selected, the minimum age has been set to 6, and the maximum age to 13 corresponds to the selected division.

  • Name *: Enter the name of your registration fee. If your registration applies to multiple age divisions, be sure to enter a meaningful title indicating the ages of the registration fee.

  • Activity Period: If an activity period has been set up in your organization, you can select the period Season *: You must select the activity season to which the registration fee is related.Exclude Affiliation Fee: You can use this feature for registrations that you do not want affiliation fees applied to, such as volunteers, bench staff, or training campsrelates.

  • Registration Fee *: Enter the amount of your registration fee.

  • Early Registration Fee: If you wish to offer an early registration fee, enter the fee amount and the date and time before the fee is active.

  • Late Registration Fee: If you wish to offer a late registration fee, enter the fee amount and the date and time after which the fee is active.

  • Waivers: Select the waivers you want for your registration fee.

  • Installments: Select the desired installments you want for your registration fee.

  • Training per week: Select the number of workouts per week.

  • Training days: Select training days.

  • Training Day Info: Enter additional information about the training days.

  • Games per week: Select the number of games per week.

  • Game Days: Select the players for the practice days.

  • Game Day Info: Enter additional game day information.

Rollover of Registration Fees

You can rollover registration fees from a previous season. To do this, you must be in the season where the fees will be imported.

  • Click +Add

  • Choose between Rollover

  • Use the drop-down to select a previous season to copy from

  • Click Search

  • Click Next

  • Select the fees you want to copy, or click on Select All

  • Click Next

  • Review the registration fees,  if you need to change the ones you want to carry forward, click Previous.

  • If you want to change your registration fee, click on the gear.

  • You can edit the dates and amount if your fees include early or late fee configuration.

  • If applicable, select Instalments.

  • Select the Activity Season.

  • If additional questions are created, these will be filled in with the existing answers from the previous season.

  • Make the required changes and click on Save.

Note: if you have forgotten to make your changes or do not yet have certain information, you can modify this information in the side panel of each registration fee after it has been created.

Once verified, click Create to import the selected registration fees into the current season.

The system will confirm the rollover of your registration fees. Click on Close to import the fees into the current season.

Modify Registration Fees

By clicking on the line for your registration fee, a side panel will open to your right, and two tabs will be available Fees and Catalog.. You can press action and then edit or press the blue pen. A tab will open in which you can make the changes.

In the Fees tab, using the blue pencil, you can modify or add any information related to your registration fees and any additional questions for activities.

In the Catalog tab, you can modify or add the elements of your Catalog related to your registration fees.

If your provincial or regional organization has added waivers, they will be displayed under your waivers.

You can delete or duplicate your registration fee by clicking the Action button on the side panel.

Delete: The registration fee should not be used in an online store if you wish to delete it.

Duplicate: You can duplicate fees to copy the fee options. You will only need to change the division, name, and information about this new registration fee.

Rollover of registration fees

You can rollover registration fees from a previous season. To do this, you must be in the season where the fees are to be imported. Then, in the "Registration fees" menu of the Catalog, you click on "Add" and "Rollover."

Then click on the fees you wish to import or "Select all."

Click on "Next"

Duplicate a Fee

Once you have one fee set up, you can use the option to duplicate a fee. This will copy the fee options; you can edit the division, name, available places, etc.

To duplicate a fee, click on the line you want to copy from and open the side panel. From the Action button, click Duplicate.

Delete a Registration Fee

From the Action button, you can delete a registration fee. To delete a fee, it can not be attached to an online store, or it can not have been used in a registration.
