Transfer Setting - Share expiration date
You can add a default expiration date for all shares in all your organizations. your Organization's shares.
When a transfer request is made, the branch configured expiry date can will be added or changed, but the default date configured by the branch will be displayed if no date is added. The default date setting can be done only by the branchesdisplayed, but you can change this date.
To set up a default share expiry, go to Settings / → Organization Settings / → Transfer Settings. Click Edit, add and click Edit.

Reason for transfer
Branches can select the transfer reasons they want to use in the system for all their child organizations.
To do this, click Settings → Organization → Transfer and select the Transfer Reasons tab.
You can select the transfer reasons to be indicated for your AHM.

Click on the line of a reason you want to add or remove to open the side panel. Then click on the blue pencil next to Manage this transfer reason for my sub-organizations and check or uncheck this box, depending on whether or not you want to keep this reason in your list of transfer reasons.

This modification is retrocompatible, which means that even if you've initiated a transfer with a reason you've deleted, the system will allow you to update it with the new reasons.
