When canceling a registration, it's essential to review specific steps that might be applicable to your situation. Depending on your registration, one or more steps may be involved. Let’s review each scenario to understand these requirements to ensure a smooth and accurate cancellation process.

Cancel a Registration or an Other Item

If you need to cancel a registration, you can do it from the Online Registration / Registration tab, or from the members profile by selecting either the Registrations or Transactions tab.

Click on the line item so the side panel opens. Then click the Actions button and select Cancel Registration (if you are doing this from the Transaction tab, please note, it will say Cancel Items).

Refund

Do you want to refund a portion or the invoice, refund in full, or maybe not at all.

When you cancel a registration or other item, you will be given the option to refund as part of the process. You also will have the opportunity to refund at a later date.

Note: When refunding payments made by methods other than credit cards and if the amount hasn't been paid in full, there will be an error generated during the refund process 'Incompatible data, no links found between the resources received.'
