Membership fees display
The module that manage affiliation fee was improved in the last month in order to fix all the issues related to capturing the fee and displaying the fees. Last season we had issues with affiliation fee not being charged properly when doing an exchange or when cancelling a registration. This was all manages membership fees has been improved to resolve all fee entry and display problems.
Last season, we had problems with membership fees not being correctly charged when an item was exchanged or a registration was canceled. The process has been reviewed and retested to align with the bylawsFederation's management rules.
We have also reviewed all improved the display to make sure that the affiliation fee are displayed for the users. So in all the invoices sent by emails, in the registration process for a player and in the registrar view, we are now showing the affiliation fees for all the levels in ensure users' and members' membership fees are correctly displayed. As a result, all invoices sent by email during the member registration process and the registrar view will now display membership fees for all levels of the organization tree.
We are also launching with this release 've also added a new Membership fee tab Fees tab to a member's profile that will be available to any registrar to see the details of the affiliation fees allow registrars to view the affiliation details paid by the member for the current season. The tab is located between the Transactions and Teams tabs.

As you can see, this will show for each of the organization the affiliation fees captured with membership fees will be displayed in the organization where the invoice was made and , including the transaction number for each organization. This will allow enable the registrar to see where and when the fee were captured and allow a better tracking. Note that in a case where the fee was already paid, the system will still list them for that specific invoice to allow you to see that there was no fee on that specific fees were collected, thus ensuring better follow-up.

Travel permit (for sports using this feature)
The travel permit pdf was fixed to display the country properly on the formcountry on travel permits in PDF format is now correctly displayed and no longer indicates the country code.
Transaction tab in the member profile
The column Paid was renamed A correction has been made to the Transaction tab by changing the name of the Paid column to Paid/Credited.
