To enable requests, go to the schedule settings games tab and enable Reschedule Requests, and then select the Required Reschedule Approvals from the dropdown.

To request changes to a game, go to a game and click . A dialog will open where you can change the surface, date, start/end times, and game comment.

The first decline on a request will mark the draft update as cancelled.
The last approve on a request will automatically publish the requested changes and reschedule the game.

Notifications
Every 5 minutes, an email notification will be sent to all required approvers for newly created game requests.
