Add HCR number to Potential duplicate notification

The HCR number of the member will now be included in the email notification sent when there is a potential duplicate profile.

My Account - Address change

In My Account, when a user was submitting an address change, the system was not asking for the primary phone number. We have added that field now in the form.

Target team validation

When a user was using the target team feature in a transfer request, the system was not applying any validation and this was allowing to add a player on a team and bypass the team restrictions validation. With this release, we are fixing that issue and we will now validate at each step of the transfer process if the player still meet the restrictions. If this is not the case, an error message will be triggered to prevent the transfer. The team needs to be adjusted before the transfer can be approved.

New team restriction - Require a registration in the same team

We are adding a brand new setting that will allow the system to validate if you have a registration inside the club of the team where your are trying to roster the player. Right now you have the option to say that you require a registration but the system will look up anywhere in the organization tree. With this new setting, you can limit the validation to the club of the team.

This setting is not visible inside the HCR so you need to request us to set it for your organization by sending a support ticket.

My account synchronization

We have completed the development to synchronize changes from My Account to HCR. If a user now goes to the My Account settings and publishes a change to the first name, last name, date of birth, or email, those changes will now be fully synchronized with HCR automatically.

We have also improved the log of the last connection date that HCR users can see on a user profile. This will now display the actual last date the user connected within the organization.

Please note that we cannot re-process changes made before this update. If there are discrepancies between My Account and HCR, simply ask the user to go back to My Account, navigate to Settings, and click Save to force a refresh. This will prompt the system to resend the changes.
