My account synchronization

We have completed the development to synchronize changes from My Account to Spordle ID. If a user now goes to the My Account settings and publishes a change to the first name, last name, date of birth, or email, those changes will now be fully synchronized with Spordle ID automatically.

We have also improved the log of the last connection date that Spordle ID users can see on a user profile. This will now display the actual last date the user connected within the organization.

Change an approved team from a competition

In the tournament module, moving an approved team from one competition to another inside the same tournament will now be possible. To do this, the user must access the team menu, select the team to be moved, then use the action button. Then choose the new competition from the drop-down menu.

Note: After the change, the team will be synchronized to the new competition in Spordle Play. The system will also try to delete the team from the previous competition. This will work only if the team is not added to a game in the old competition. If this is not the case, you will need to open a support request so that our technical support team can remove the team.

Allow a description in the questionnaire

We are introducing a new feature to the questionnaires this week. You will now have a Description option for the section and/or the question. The description is a new field with formatting that will allow you to add more text to your section and question.

You can now enable the description box for each part of the questionnaires, put as much text as you want, and format it.

Last connection date display

We have completed the update to fix the display of a user's last connection date on the platform. The system will now display the last date and time that the user connected to an organization on a specific role. This will help the registrar and administrators clearly see when the user connected the last time.
