Maximum date to submit the roster

In the tournament mangement module, it will now be possible to set the latest date where a roster can be edited for external teams. This will be set by competition and a reminder will be sent a day before that date to the team manager.

Manage position inside an external team

We are adding this week the position on the roster for an external team. It will now be possible to set a member as a player or as a coach when you are building the external team roster. Those position will then be sync to play automatically.

Tournament list on page

The tournament list on page is now redesigned. It will be much easier now to find a tournament on the federation page or any of the region page. The tournament search will now be by month, displaying the upcoming tournament by default.

Updates and Improvements

Date display

We have done some adjustment to the date display. In some pages, the date was displayed in french while you were browsing in English.

Invoicing

We have done some improvement in the invoicing module :

We now display the full tax details on the side panel of an invoice.

The payment link will no longer be available when the invoice is fully paid,

Invoicing

The new invoicing module now allow you 3 new invoice types :

• From a fine ;

• From a travel permit;

• From a tournament sanction.

You still have access to :

• Teams in a tournament;

• Other type of invoices.

This new module will allow you to easily get payment related to those type of activities. There is 2 ways to create invoices. First you can start the process from the Invoicing module and select the invoice type. From there you will be able to link the invoice to the proper ressource. The second way is to start the invoice from the different modules ( teams in a competition, fine, travel permit) and create an invoice from the Action button.

All the invoices will then be available inside the invoicing menu.

Lock external team roster

We are introducing a new setting that allow to set a date where the external team roster will be locked. By setting that date, the system will prevent all changes on the roster after that date. The date is setup by competition.

Note that changes will always be possible in Spordle Play on a specific game even if the external team roster is locked.

Prevent external team registration

We are adding a setting in the competition setup to enable or no the registration of external teams. If it’s disabled, then the team list will be limited to the Spordle ID team list and no one will be able to register a team outside the Spordle ID teams.

Release report (Soccer Québec only )

A new release report is now available for ARS and Club.This will show all the releases request and their status in a season.

Updates and Improvements

Team in a competition

It is now possible to switch the status of a team in a competition from Approved to pending or declined. If the competition is linked to Spordle Play, then the system will update the Spordle Play platform as long as there is no games connected to the team.

Ending a suspension

In a suspension, you will now have an Action button that will allow you to end the suspension easily.
