Assignment Delegated Pay
New Feature: Users can now delegate pay on an assignment separately from delegating the assignment position. A new “Delegate pay also” option is included in the delegation form to enable this functionality.
Previous Behavior: Pay management was automatically delegated when an assignment was delegated to another office. This new feature allows users to delegate assignments while retaining control over the payments.

Add Sync Icon on ScheduleTeam When External ID
The schedule page now displays the schedule type and the office it belongs to.
Added sync icons for schedules and teams when synced from SID.
Prevent Assignments from Reverting from "Confirmed" to "Assigned"
Assignments no longer revert from “Confirmed” to “Assigned” when a game status changes.
This resolves confusion caused by automatic status changes, which previously required officials to re-accept assignments.
Synchronize Game Categories with Schedule Categories
When the schedule category is updated, the category of all associated games and draft games will automatically update.
Users are now blocked from changing the category directly on games or draft games.
Add New Office Assign Settings for Viewing Child Officials Lists
A new setting allows assigning offices to view officials from child offices.
Add Sharable Setting to Arena Slots
Arena time slots can now be shared with any office. Previously, slots were restricted to games or practices with teams from the selected office.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
The documentation regarding this change will be completed and shared to the users.
A feature flag is in place for Single Sign-On, allowing users to link their account to Spordle My Account for seamless login.
A banner in the user’s profile offers the option to opt in to this feature.
SSO Enhancements
The “Invite” button is now hidden when the participant has no roles, qualifications, or team rosters.
Removed the ability to edit account details like password or email when linked to Spordle My Account.
Block Identical Start and End Times for Games
Users can no longer set identical start and end times for games and draft games, preventing issues caused by this error.
Bracket Management Improvements

Added a “Reseed Bracket” button to the Brackets card.
Users can now manage seeds for bracketed games.
Update Game Comments for Reseeding
Game comments will now automatically update after manual reseeding to reflect the correct positions.
Player Photos Synced to PLAY
Player photos are now synced into PLAY and visible on participant profiles, though they cannot be edited.
Enhanced Participant Search
A new search filter allows users to search for participants by email address. Available for users with access to the Participants tab.
Improved Display for User Lists
Account emails are now displayed in the "People" tab, and users connected to Spordle My Account are indicated with a chip.
Account Information Enhancements
The account email is now prominently displayed in the participant profile.
External Provider Links Management
Schedule organizers, directors, admins, and managers can now add external provider links for streams, ticketing, and stats, visible on surfaces, games, and offices.
Sanction-Based Notifications
Automatic sanctions now trigger notifications to the player, team staff, and league admins involved.
Google Maps Integration in Claims
A Google Maps frame is now embedded in the claim form, allowing users to visualize directions when creating or editing a claim.
Multi-Point Transport for Claims
Users can now calculate distances for claims with multiple stops, using a Google-powered address lookup.

Game Sequence Number Improvements
Manually created games will now auto-populate the next available sequence number, though users can override this if desired.
A new alert notifies users when a schedule is missing a sequence number.
The sequence form, previously confusing for users, has been revamped.
Sequences are now split into three separate inputs:
Prefix: Any characters before the sequencing number.
Starting Number: The sequencing number itself.
Suffix: Any characters after the sequencing number.
Shared Organizations for Qualifications Syncing
Qualifications for shared organizations are now synced to PLAY, creating one qualification per organization instead of just the primary one.
