Please note: when creating a new member, the system will check if the first name, surname and date of birth match those of an existing member. If a duplicate is detected, the system will be displayed an error message inviting you to contact your organization to access the profile or to create the new profile.

For this option, you will enter the First/Last name and Date of birth. The system will search of existing members, and for participants that you may have started to create, but have not completed. This participant will not have a Member ID. Once the registration is complete, a Member ID will assigned to them.
