When creating a travel permit , it is now possible to link the travel permit to an existing tournament. When you create the request, you will see in the tournament list a list of all possible tournament that are actually approved for the season in which you are requesting the travel permit.

It is still possible to manually attach the request to an outside tournament by selecting the Non-Listed option. You will be able to type in the name of your tournament as before.

At any time, if you have the permission, you can go back to an existing Travel Permit and link it to a tournament in the side panel.

As a tournament manager, you will now be able yo track if a team as requested a travel permit or no when you see your list of teams in your tournament. You will get Linking Travel Permits to Tournaments: Users can now link travel permits to existing tournaments, streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy.

Tournament List Integration: When creating a travel permit, users will see a list of approved tournaments for the current season, simplifying the selection process.

Access to PDF Travel Permits: Users will receive access to the full travel permit in PDF format as soon as the travel permit is approved. From there, you can print and get it's approved, allowing easy printing and access to the actual submitted lineup submitted by the club.

The Designation of Spordle Pages: Spordle Pages is now the designated platform for displaying sanctioned tournaments. (https://page.spordle.com/) is now the official directory of the sanctioned tournament. This is where all the tournaments are displayed and it’s connected live to the Spordle ID Platform. Each of the tournament automatically get a page in the Spordle Network and this page is used to allow team registration and display schedule, stats and standings.

To get access to your tournament page, login Spordle ID and select Manage and My Tournament. You will see a button View public page that will open the official page of your tournament.

Live Connection to Spordle ID: Spordle Pages is seamlessly integrated with the Spordle ID platform, ensuring real-time updates and synchronization.

Automated Tournament Pages: Each tournament automatically receives a dedicated page within the Spordle Network. These pages facilitate team registration and display essential information such as schedules, statistics, and standings.

Accessing Tournament Pages: Users can access their tournament pages by logging into Spordle ID, navigating to Manage, and selecting My Tournament. From there, they can view the public page associated with their tournament.

Publishing and Unpublishing Option: The update allows users to control the visibility of tournaments on Spordle ID. They can publish a tournament once it's approved, ensuring it appears on the platform. Conversely, they can unpublish a tournament, removing it from public view while retaining all data within Spordle ID.

Control Over Tournament Visibility: This feature gives organizers flexibility in managing tournament visibility, aligning with their scheduling and promotional strategies.

Approval requirement: Tournaments can be published only after the Federation approves the sanction request, which ensures that only authorized competitions are visible to users.
