You can create invoices for teams registered for your tournament, regardless of their status. Invoicing and team approval are two separate and independent processes. Invoicing can be carried out without blocking the approval process, and you can choose the amount to be invoiced, without being limited to the tournament amount. Currently, there are two types of invoicing: tournament and other. Please find enclosed the documentation related to tournament invoicingTwo types of invoicing are currently available: invoicing of a team registration fees to a tournament and an invoice of other types. Other types will be available soon.
The invoicing module has been designed to make payment simple for users. The system generates a unique payment link that is sent to an e-mail address. The user who receives the e-mail can pay without having to create an account. They can also forward the link to another e-mail address. The link is automatically deactivated as soon as the amount is paid.
