To request a change of a player classification, go to the member profile you will be changing. Remember, to request the change, the member must be registered in the current season.
Please refer to your Federation for change changes in classification rules that applicable to your organization.

Member and team registration divisions are not linked together. For example: If you have a U15 player who has registered in the U18, you will not be able to add him to your team without requesting a classification change (double upgrade) For organizations that have created registration fees by adding minimum and maximum ages, members cannot be added to a team if it is a double upgrade. |

Click on the Action button at the top right
Select Request Classification Change

A window will appear, fill in the required fields.
Fields marked with an * are mandatory
Request type *: Select whether it is a request for an overage or underage
Period *: Select the season
From Division *: The member's registration division will be entered by default, and you cannot change this field.
To Division *: Indicate the division in which you wish to over or under-classify the member.
From Team Category: If applicable, enter the member's original category.
To Team Category: If applicable, enter the member's target category.

Check the “Allow original classification” box if you wish the member to be placed in a team in his original category. Example: A double U14 player upgraded to U18. If you tick this box, you can place him in a team from U14 to U18. Otherwise, he can only be placed in a U18 team. |
