Search for Games to Certify

To certify your matchesgames, log on to the Spordle Play website and click on Match Game in the left-hand menu.

To simplify the task and display only the matches Games that need to be certified, you can search for matches games using the following filters:

  • Match Game number: if you have only one match Game to certify, you can enter the match Game number.

  • Date: you can add a date range allowing you to certify only matches Games that took place during this period.

  • Completed: displays whether or not the referee has completed the matchGame.

  • Certified: allows you to display matches Games that have not yet been certified

  • Show past matchesGames: you can activate this box to find matches games that took place before the current date.

A flag will appear to the right of the matches games to be certified.

A match game with a black check mark indicates that no items have been added, awarded or made during the matchgame.

A match game flagged with an exclamation mark indicates that items have been added, awarded or made during that matchgame.

  • Too many players

To certify matches games in batches, tick the matches games you wish to certify in the box to the left of the match game and then click on Certify at the top right of the page.

A window will appear to confirm that you wish to certify the selected matchesgames. Simply click on Certify.

Once your matches games have been certified, a blue Report box will appear to the right of the matchesgames.

Click on Report to display the match game sheet.

games WITH a red flag

Notification of major penalties

If an ejection has been issued during a matchgame, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the ejection.

Click on View match game sheet to display the match game sheet in PDF format in your browser.

You can quickly view the elements that need to be certified for a match game with a red flag. To do this, click on the flag icon to open a window showing the elements to be certified for that matchgame.

You can either click on certify if you wish to proceed with certification immediately, or close this window and follow the steps below to view the match game sheet in detail.

The list of matches games with missing elements that need to be certified will be displayed with a red flag in Spordle PLAY's Match game menu.

Simply click on the match game line and on the Match game Sheet tab to view the details.

In the Summary section, the system will indicate that the match game sheet has been completed. However, a yellow stripe will appear in the Certified section, indicating that the match game sheet has not been certified.

Edit items to be certified

You can edit the match game certification by clicking on Edit at the top left of the Certified section.

You can also modify the type of offence, the member and the number of suspension matches games awarded to a member. To do so, simply click on the desired member.

A window will appear allowing you to modify the offence, change the member to whom the expulsion has been given and modify the number of suspension matches games to be served.

Once all the checks have been carried out on a match game with a red flag, you can proceed with its certification by clicking on Certify in the Certification section of the Match game sheet tab.

You can also select all the matches games to be certified from the Match game menu list.
