Block duplicates in registration mode

A new validation process has been introduced to prevent parents from creating duplicate profiles. During the registration process, parents attempting to create a profile with exactly matching first name, surname, and date of birth will be blocked and will receive this the following error message:

A participant with the exact correct first name, last name, and date of birth date already exists in HCRSpordle ID. Please get in touch with contact your hockey association or organization to get access to your existing profile or to create this a new profileone.

Registrar’s Registrars will be able to search for the duplicate , determine if it’s and determine whether it's the same person or not, and either transfer or create a new profile as if necessary (with the same First Name, Last Name, DOBfirst name, last name, and date of birth).

Changing the waiver response

Minimum and Maximum Age

Hockey Canada as has reviewed the available divisiondivisions, class classes and categories that will be available for the 2024-2025 season. Age display
