When a member initially selects the credit card payment with future installments, it is possible to change the payment method, the date of the future installments and the amount of the installments.

apply a credit to the account;
take a higher payment amount than originally planned ;on an installment date
take a smaller amount than originally planned on an installment date
The total of all installments must add up to the original invoice amount.

Go To change an installment, go to the member’s profile under the ‘Transaction’ Transactiontab, click on the transaction line item you like to edit, and the side panel will open. In the side panel go Go to the ‘Registration’ Registration section and click on ‘Edit.’

A pop-up window will open, allowing you to change the payment method and date of all upcoming installment payments. The following payment options will be available:
Cheque
Cash
Manual Interac e-Transfer
External payment (payment from an external terminal)
Offline credit (can be applied to future payments)

Click on ‘Confirm’ Confirm when you are done, the system will always validate the total amount before saving.
