REPORTS

• Team list report now show additional columns : Number of male players, number of female players, number of X players, number of released players, number of released bench staff, number of affiliated players, number of affiliated bench staff and team comments.

• Deficiencies report now have a filter to select only the roster players or everything.

• Cancel registration where were showing in the report Members without a team. We have now removed them from that report.

• Member without a team report was showing members without an HCR number. Those were not supposed to show. They are temporary members and invalid members. They are now removed from the report.

• There was an issue on the pdf roster with merged members. If you had merge a member and rostered the member that was kept, on the pdf roster the system was showing twice the same member. This is now fixed.

• International transfer module now show member partners as a valid federation you can pick from the drop down.

• In the roster section, you can now edit the added to team date and release date.

• Integration with the Locker is still an ongoing project. The synchronization process from HCR to the Locker works well. We did some improvement early this week to push the members that are marked as attended and passed even if the clinics was not completed. That works well. The part that is still under development is for the renewal dates.

IMPORTANT CHANGE ON THE REPORT MODULE

• Please note that we have made some changes in the report module. For performance reason, each report is limited to display a 1000 rows max on the screen. A message will popup if the report you are running is over 1000 rows. The arrow at the right will allow you to download the full report. CSV and Excel download will always give you the full data of the report.
