From the menu, click on Catalog, then select Waivers from the list of options under the Legal and Forms section
Click Add. Once you have completed the waiver, click Save.
Add a title and information in the description section of your waiver
Optional - you can set up wording for the Confirmation & Decline - by default, the working wording for accept accepting the waiver will be - I have read and accepted the waiver. Note: if a waivers is not set to mandatory, by default, an option to skip waivers will be added as a choice when answering
Click on Preview to review your waiver
Your waivers can be Mandatory or Critical:
Mandatory: A response must be provided for the waiver at the time of registration
Critical: A response must be provided to be added on a team
Once you are content with your waiver, you can click the blue add button at the bottom.
