  • From the menu, click on Catalog, then select Waivers from the list of options under the Legal and Forms section

  • Click Add. Once you have completed the waiver, click Save

  • Add a title and information in the description section of your waiver

  • Optional - you can set up wording for the Confirmation & Decline - by default, the working wording for accept accepting the waiver will be - I have read and accepted the waiver. Note: if a waivers is not set to mandatory, by default, an option to skip waivers will be added as a choice when answering

  • Click on Preview to review your waiver

  • Your waivers can be Mandatory or Critical:

    • Mandatory: A response must be provided for the waiver at the time of registration

    • Critical: A response must be provided to be added on a team

  • Once you are content with your waiver, you can click the blue add button at the bottom.
