It is possible to modify the payment methods and the date of the installment of your members. You can change a credit card installment to a manual payment, apply a credit or change the dates of future installments.
Go to the member’s profile under the ‘Transaction’ tab, click on the transaction line you like to edit, and the side panel will open. In the side panel go to the ‘Registration’ section and click on ‘Edit.’
A pop-up window will open, allowing you to change the payment method and date of all installment payments. The following payment options will be available:
Cheque
Cash
Manual Interac e-transfer
External payment (payment from an external terminal)
Offline credit (can be applied to future payments)
Click on ‘Confirm’ when you are done, the system will always validate the total amount before saving.
