THE INVITATION

As a C2 Montréal guest, you will receive an invitation e-mail.

You will then have the option to accept or decline the invitation.

If you decline the invitation by clicking on the red link Click here to decline your invitation, you will receive the following message and no further steps will be required on your part. Your C2 Montréal 2023 experience will end here.

If you accept the invitation by clicking on the blue link, Click here to accept your invitation, you will receive the following message.

You will then receive 2 emails. The first one is generated by Spordle My Account:

And the second email with the following message:

Clicking on the blue Click here to manage your invitations and passes in your Spordle MyAccount from the 2nd email will bring up the Spordle My Account home page.

MY ACCOUNT

You will be prompted to enter your email, click Login.

Then enter the temporary password found in the initial email and clickLogin.

You will then need to change your password. Your new password must contain 8 characters, at least one upper case, one lower case, 1 number and 1 special character (!$%?&) then click Change Password..

You will then have to agree to the Spordle Terms and Conditions of Use, click I agree to access your account

Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, you will be taken to the Home section of Spordle My Account where you can Confirm your ticket:

By clicking on Confirm Ticket a window will open with the 3 steps to complete in order to obtain your ticket:

Step 1: Signing of waivers

Click on 1. Waivers, you will then need to sign each of the event waivers in order to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Fill out the form:

Click on 2. Form, you will then need to answer the questions on the event form in order to proceed to the next step.

When you are finished, click Submit at the end of the form to proceed to step 3

Step 3: Participant photo

You will need to upload a photo to complete your registration by clicking on Add Document.

Upon clicking Confirma window will pop up indicating that you have completed the process, click Close to finish accepting your ticket.

Your ticket will then display a QR code.

You will also receive a Welcome to C2 Montréal email with your electronic ticket attached.

You will need to present this QR code when you check in at the event credentials table.
