An important point to understand - in Spordle PLAY , unlike in STP, the parks and fields are separate.
For example, in Green Regional Park, there is one baseball field, two soccer fields and one basketball court. The name of the PLACE in Spordle PLAY is Green Regional Park and in it you have Soccer-Green 1 and Soccer-Green 2 as well as Baseball-Green 1 and Basketball-Green 1.
Note: only soccer fields will be displayed in your Soccer Quebec Spordle Play platform.
When you click on Venues in Spordle Play, all the parks in Canada will be displayed, this is not where you can find your land.
You must click on OFFICES, enter your organization in the name box and click on it.
On the first page under the SUMMARY tab, you will find your lots at the bottom of this page under the calendar by expanding the LAND tab. This is where you will find your lots and subdivided lots with the correct names.
If you need to change, add or delete a lot or a subdivision of a lot, you must contact Spordle who will make the change for you. Spordle manages all the parks and lots to avoid duplication.
Format of the Fields
The choices are: 11X11, 11X11 and 9X9, 7X7 and 9X9, 7X7, 4X4. There is no possibility to choose only 9X9, as it was in PTS. This format is an indication to filter the fields when creating matches, but it will never prevent you from doing what you want.
Unavailability of a Field
Now we add all the unavailability, be it for winter, night, other sports or activities in the city.
There is no difference between a field restriction (e.g. overnight) and an unavailability (e.g. soccer reservation).
The field is unavailable? You add all unavailability to the same place.
A Practice is not an Unavailability on a Field
You must create your practices in Spordle PLAY in order to block their time slots when creating games. You can create a practice or a DCC event without necessarily associating a team with it.
Reminder: Unavailability = Field unavailable for any soccer activity.
