Rules to remember when adding a member to your team

  • It is not possible to add a blocked participant to a team roster (like the feature for older or younger players), but it will be possible to search for them and see that they are blocked.

  • Participants with outstanding balances cannot be added to a team roster - it will still be possible to search for them and see them in a search, but it will not be possible to add them until the outstanding balances are paid.

  • If a player is released (using the ACTION button), the player is moved from the list of active players to the list of released players. The number of players in the summary decreases by one, the number of released players increases by one, and the status of the player on the list of released players changes to PENDING. No rules in the system are associated with pending released players, but they can be reported and approved on the released list.

  • Underage/overage player - at the branch settings you can define the number of underage/overage players allowed per division as well as the maximum and minimum age.

    • The system will respect this rule on the list (i.e. it should not allow more than the set limit of underage and overage players).

  • If you validate a player, you should be able to see that player in the search and see that the system flags them as too old or too young for the division.

  • Depending on the permissions, the user can override and add a player that is too old or too young or not add them at all if they do not have that permission.

  • If a player is listed as injured and ineligible, then their season is over and the number of cards should decrease for each player identified as injured/ineligible.

  • If they are injured/ineligible, they should still appear as approved.

  • No labels
