Linking a Tournament to a Competition (Soccer Québec)

Linking Travel Permits to Tournaments: Users can now link travel permits to existing tournaments, streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy.

Tournament List Integration: When creating a travel permit, users will see a list of approved tournaments for the current season, simplifying the selection process.

Manual Attachment Option: Users still have the option to manually attach requests to outside tournaments by selecting the "Non-Listed" option and typing in the tournament name.

Flexibility for Tournament Managers: Tournament managers can go back to existing travel permits and link them to tournaments at any time, provided they have the necessary permissions.

Enhanced Tracking: Tournament managers can track whether a team has requested a travel permit directly from the list of teams in the tournament, improving oversight and management.

Access to PDF Travel Permits: Users will receive access to the full travel permit in PDF format as soon as it's approved, allowing for easy printing and access to the submitted lineup.

Registration to a Competition on Page

Designation of Spordle Pages: Spordle Pages is now the designated platform for displaying sanctioned tournaments. (https://page.spordle.com/)

Live Connection to Spordle ID: Spordle Pages is seamlessly integrated with the Spordle ID platform, ensuring real-time updates and synchronization.

Automated Tournament Pages: Each tournament automatically receives a dedicated page within the Spordle Network. These pages facilitate team registration and display essential information such as schedules, statistics, and standings.

Accessing Tournament Pages: Users can access their tournament pages by logging into Spordle ID, navigating to Manage, and selecting My Tournament. From there, they can view the public page associated with their tournament.

Registration Process: Once a competition is published and the registration date is open, the system displays a register menu on the tournament page, enabling teams to register easily.

Add Publication Date in the Competition

Publishing and Unpublishing Option: The update allows users to control the visibility of tournaments on Spordle ID. They can choose to publish a tournament once it's approved, ensuring it appears on the platform. Conversely, they can unpublish a tournament, removing it from public view while retaining all data within Spordle ID.

Control Over Tournament Visibility: This feature gives organizers flexibility in managing tournament visibility, aligning with their scheduling and promotional strategies.

Approval Requirement: Tournaments can only be published once they are approved by the parent organization, ensuring that only authorized competitions are made visible to users.
