These are the steps necessary when creating a new tenant in Play.
The sync provider is what creates a connection with Spordle ID and can be skipped if ID is not used.
- Create a sync provider
- Create a tenant with the sync provider
- Create a office with the tenant (type Organization)
- Enable
hcrsyncoffice flag - Create stats schemas and add to office settings
- Create rulebook
- Create categories (carefully, using the script)
- Initial import via sync provider
- Offices
- Teams
- Add arenas (if necessary, they’re already shared across tenants by sport)
- Add office to sync tasks (after initial import)
- Update Page to have permission to the top-level office
