Who initiates the request for release/Move

The incoming organization must always initiate the transfer request.

Note: Transfers can only be initiated during the current season. It is not possible to request a transfer for a previous season.

When can release/Move requests not be initiated?

A transfer request cannot be initiated for the following reasons:

  1. Outstanding balance, a participant cannot be transferred until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  2. Current location, a participant cannot be transferred to the exact location for the same type of transfer.

  3. Active Transfer in Progress: A participant cannot be transferred if they have an active transfer in progress that needs to be reviewed.

From the Action button, the transfer options will be grayed out, and you cannot start a transfer process.

You must confirm, cancel, and restart the process if an error occurs.

Request release/move

  • To request a temporary release, click on the Member menu.

  • To search for a member, select Include members from all organizations.

  • You must enter the first and last name or the participant number to search for a member outside your organization.

  • Click on Search.

  • Click on the desired member to open the right-side panel, click the Action button, and select Transfer Request.

Temporary release

In the transfer request pop-up window, you must complete the following fields:

  • Transfer Type: select Temporary Release

  • Share Date Expiration: DO NOT CHANGE THIS DATE

  • Reason: select one of the following three reasons from the drop-down list

    • Conflictual situation

    • Nearest Association

    • Other

  • Invoice: leave blank

  • Target team: leave blank

  • Detail: if necessary, you can add a comment

  • Add a document: if necessary, add a document

Click on Submit.

After approval, the member will be shared with you as a secondary association. A renewal will be required for registration for the next season.

Permanently release

In the transfer request pop-up window, you must complete the following fields:

  • Transfer Type: select Permanently Release

  • Share Date Expiration: DO NOT CHANGE THIS DATE

  • Reason: select one of the following three reasons from the drop-down list

    • Conflictual situation

    • Nearest Association

    • Other

  • Invoice: leave blank

  • Target team: leave blank

  • Detail: if necessary, you can add a comment

  • Add a document: if necessary, add a document

Click on Submit.

After approval, the member will be shared with you as a secondary association. The permanent release will automatically renew the following year with a new registration. This is the same as an acquired right, and this request will be revoked if it is not used continuously.

Move

In the transfer request pop-up window, you must complete the following fields:

  • Type of transfer: select Move

  • Reason: select one of the following two reasons from the drop-down list

    • Moving with parents

    • Moving without parents

  • Invoice: leave blank

  • Target team: leave blank

  • Detail: if necessary, you can add a comment

  • Add a document: a justification of the request to move must be transmitted

Click on Submit.

This is only a request for players who have moved and have been demonstrated.

Status of a request for release or Move

You can check the status of a transfer in the Tasks and Transfer menu or the member's profile under the History tab. Click on the transfer to open the side panel. You can check the transfer process step by step.

Search for release requests and moves

Go to the Task and Transfert menu to search for your transfer requests.

The list of release or move requests that require Action will be displayed by default. If you wish to search for requests that have already been processed or those for which no action is required for you at this time, please uncheck the Action Required box.

You can filter your search by status:

  • Open

  • Closed

  • Rejected

By direction :

  • Outgoing

  • Incoming

Management of release requests and moves

When a transfer or move request is created, a workflow is defined for that request, and a notification is sent to the following organization in the list. Workflows are visible by opening the side panel of a transfer request.

At each workflow step, the blue bar indicates where the transfer process is, and a timestamp is added when the step is completed.

Depending on the workflow, some steps will require approval, reject, or review only. At each step, a comment can be added.

A quick view is available, which allows you to open the member's profile in a pop-up window to view all the information about them.
