Before participating in a tournament outside your region of affiliation, a team must obtain a travel permit. This permit guarantees that the host organization is recognized and complies with all provincial, national or international regulations. This must be requested from the registrar of the club where the team is affiliated.

Linking Travel Permits to Tournaments: Users can now link travel permits to existing tournaments, streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy.

Tournament List Integration: When creating a travel permit, users will see a list of approved tournaments for the current season, simplifying the selection process.

Outside Tournament: Users can manually attach requests to outside tournaments by selecting the Not Listed option and typing the tournament name.

Edit travel permits: Club registrars can revert to an existing travel permit and link it to tournaments anytime, provided they have the necessary permissions.

Enhanced Tracking: Tournament managers can track whether a team has requested a travel permit directly from the list of teams in the tournament, improving oversight and management.

Access to PDF Travel Permits: Users will receive access to the full travel permit in PDF format as soon as it's approved, allowing easy printing and access to the submitted lineup.
