Once the match has been completed by the coaches and referees, i.e. goals, sending-offs and incident reports have been entered, the league must certify the match.
Game Notification Completed
As soon as the game sheet is completed, a notification will be sent automatically to the team staff, game officials and league administrators.
The league is thus notified as soon as a match is completed, and will receive this type of e-mail:

Search for Games to Certify
To certify your matches, log on to the Spordle Play website and click on Match in the left-hand menu.
To simplify the task and display only the matches that need to be certified, you can search for matches using the following filters:
Match number: if you have only one match to certify, you can enter the match number.
Date: you can add a date range allowing you to certify only matches that took place during this period.
Completed: displays whether or not the referee has completed the match.
Certified: allows you to display matches that have not yet been certified
Show past matches: you can activate this box to find matches that took place before the current date.
Certified Game Icon
A flag will appear to the right of the matches to be certified.
A match with a black check mark indicates that no items have been added, awarded or made during the match.
A match flagged with an exclamation mark indicates that items have been added, awarded or made during that match.

Certify matches WITHOUT red flags
To certify matches in batches, tick the matches you wish to certify in the box to the left of the match and then click on Certify at the top right of the page.
A window will appear to confirm that you wish to certify the selected matches. Simply click on Certify.
Once your matches have been certified, a blue Report box will appear to the right of the matches.
Click on Report to display the match sheet.
Certifying matches WITH a red flag

If an ejection has been issued during a match, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the ejection.
Click on View match sheet to display the match sheet in PDF format in your browser.
Quick view of items to be certified
You can quickly view the elements that need to be certified for a match with a red flag. To do this, click on the flag icon to open a window showing the elements to be certified for that match.
You can either click on certify if you wish to proceed with certification immediately, or close this window and follow the steps below to view the match sheet in detail.
Match sheet tab in PLAY
The list of matches with missing elements that need to be certified will be displayed with a red flag in Spordle PLAY's Match menu.
Simply click on the match line and on the Match Sheet tab to view the details.
In the Summary section, the system will indicate that the match sheet has been completed. However, a yellow stripe will appear in the Certified section, indicating that the match sheet has not been certified.
Edit items to be certified
You can edit the match certification by clicking on Edit at the top left of the Certified section.
Make the desired changes and click Save in the top right-hand corner.
Incident report
You can also view, modify or add additional information to the incident report.
Simply click on the desired member and a window will appear, allowing you to make the changes. Don't forget to click Save when you're finished.
Suspension
You can also modify the type of offence, the member and the number of suspension matches awarded to a member. To do so, simply click on the desired member.
A window will appear allowing you to modify the offence, change the member to whom the expulsion has been given and modify the number of suspension matches to be served.
Certify the match
Once all the checks have been carried out on a match with a red flag, you can proceed with its certification by clicking on Certify in the Certification section of the Match sheet tab.
You can also select all the matches to be certified from the Match menu list.
