TICKET ASSIGNMENT

MY ACCOUNT

As a ticket assignor, you will receive an email invitation to create your My Spordle account.

You must click the CLICKING HERE link, which will take you to the Spordle My Account login page.

You will be prompted to enter your email address and click Login.

Then enter the temporary password from the Email and click Login.

You will then need to change your password. Your new password must contain 8 characters, at least one upper case, one lower case, one number and one unique character (!$%?&), then click Change Password.

 

You must accept Spordle's terms of use and click I agree to access your account.

Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, you will need to enter your home address:

 

 

ASSIGNING TICKETS

 

When you log in to your account, you will automatically be in the ticket assignment module. You will see boxes at the top of the page with the number of tickets to assign.

To Assign Tickets, click on the blue Assign Tickets.

Note: you can also click the blue Assign link in the ticket box to assign a ticket.

New invitation

You will then be able to select the type of tickets you wish to assign first.

Once you have chosen the ticket, click +Add to enter the information of the first person you wish to send the ticket. You can click +Add as many times as the number of tickets available.

You must enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email. The Business and Language fields are optional. By default, the system will send the Invitation in the language you logged into the platform. If you want to change the language, use the drop-down list:

If you want to add another guest to assign another ticket, click +Add and repeat the previous step:

 

Once you have completed the assignment for a ticket type, click Send Invitations. You will then get a confirmation message that your invitations have been sent, and you will see in the Assigned Tickets table that the Invite is being sent.

Guest already invite

If a guest has already received an invitation, you will see a message telling you the Email already has a ticket to the event. This message will only appear for guests who have accepted or confirmed their Invitation. You can ignore the warning by clicking Send Invitation.

Resend the Invitation

If you wish to return the tickets to a guest, click on their name. A side panel will open on the right, and you can click on the link to Resend the Invitation

A message will indicate that the tickets have been sent again:

You can then proceed with another type of ticket. When all the tickets of a type have been sent, the box will disappear from the top of your screen:

INVITATION SENT

Your guests will receive an email announcing that they have been invited to the event and by whom they have been invited. They will then be asked to accept or decline the Invitation by clicking on the link:

If they accept the Invitation, they will be invited to create their Spordle My Account just like you did in the first step, and you will be notified in your Email. You can click the link to log into your My Account and manage the invitations.

In your account, you will see that your guest has accepted the Invitation:

 

If your guest declines the Invitation, they will receive the following message:

You will then be notified in your Email that your guest has declined the Invitation, and you can log into your My Account to reassign the Invitation to a new guest.

 

Clicking on the guest's name will open the side panel on the right, and click Reassign.

You can then enter the information for a new guest and click Send Invitation.
