PRINT REGISTRATION FORM

MHAs are now able to print a copy of the mandatory information that needs to be collected during a registration. This will help ensure that all information is gathered to valid a member’s profile in HCR.

The printed information will also include a list of documents and mandatory waivers.

To print:

• Select the Report menu.

• From the top right-hand corner click ‘Print Registration Form’

AGE RESTRICTION

MHA’s are now able to see the age range of the division / category when setting up the registration fees in the catalog. This will help MHA’s match the correct category and age range for the registration.

To see the age range during set up, go to the Catalog / Registration Fees. Click ‘+Add’. Select the division, then choose from the categories available. Note the age range is now displayed.

SELECTED POSITION

You now have the option to ask for a position during the registration process. This feature is selected when you create your registration fees.

To view the selected position, go to a members profile, select the registration tab.
