Season Starter Practices Plan Information

Info on Coach Welcome Email: Season Starter Practice Plans 2022/23

Effective Monday, October 24, 2022, each time a coach is added to a U7 or U9 roster, they will receive a branch-specific email containing information and links to Season Starter Practice Plans.

A process will run automatically every hour to ensure coaches receive the email in a timely fashion.

To ensure coaches added to rosters prior to October 24, 2022 receive the email content, the following schedule will apply:

BC, SASK, NS, PEI, NFLD - coaches will receive the email XXXX

AB, MAN, ONT coaches will receive the email - WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION
NB, QC coaches will receive the email - ON HOLD

The email will be sent from the standard no-reply@hockeycanada.ca email address.

The subject will be "Welcome: Season Starter Practice Plans - 2022/23"

Quebec and New Brunswick will receive bilingual email content. All other provinces will receive the email in English.

The email address listed in the Primary Address section of each HCR profile will be used for the sending. If an email address in this field is void, incorrect, or non-existent, the email will not be sent or received by the participating coach.

Branches are encouraged to ask coaches to use the My Account HCR Self-Serve feature to update email addresses if necessary.

Manager/Assistant Coach - MA
Head Coach - HC

Head Coach / Manager - HCM
Assistant Coach/HCSP/manager - ASM
Apprentice Coach - AC
Coach/assistant Trainer - CAT
Head Coach / HSP - HCH
